Terms of Service
These terms describe the current Sunrise application workflow, pricing model, review process, and payment status for .in.cv names.

Submitting a Sunrise application is a review request. It is not an automatic registration, purchase, or transfer of rights. No payment is collected with the application form.
Service
in.cv provides a platform for checking availability and applying for professional .in.cv identities during the Sunrise workflow. Approved names may be used for CVs, portfolios, professional profiles, email-related forwarding, or other accepted professional use cases.
Sunrise Eligibility
During Sunrise, applicants must provide relevant trademark proof for the requested name. We may reject, request clarification, or hold an application if the evidence is incomplete, conflicting, abusive, reserved, or otherwise unsuitable for activation.
Availability and Review
Availability checks are informational and may change. An application can temporarily block duplicate Sunrise submissions for the same label while under review, but registration is completed only after approval, payment, and final activation confirmation.
Pricing
The current limited-time Sunrise offer is $199 USD for first-year registration and $50 USD per year from the second year. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable taxes, payment-provider charges, or special fees will be shown before payment is requested. We do not currently collect payment on the public Sunrise application form.
Payment and Activation
If an application is approved, we will contact the applicant with next steps and payment instructions. A .in.cv name becomes active only after review approval, receipt of payment where required, and final confirmation by in.cv.
Renewal
Renewal starts from the second year at the renewal price shown above unless a different renewal term is agreed in writing before payment. Renewal reminders, payment due dates, and any non-renewal consequences will be communicated before renewal payment is requested.
Applicant Responsibilities
- You must submit accurate application and contact information.
- You must have the rights or authorization needed for the trademark evidence you submit.
- You must not request names for phishing, impersonation, infringement, spam, unlawful content, or abusive activity.
- You are responsible for keeping your contact and billing information current after activation.
Reserved and Suspended Names
We may reserve, reject, suspend, or remove names needed for platform operations, technical infrastructure, abuse prevention, legal compliance, third-party rights, or registry integrity.
Intellectual Property
Applicants remain responsible for ensuring that the requested name and its use do not infringe third-party rights. Approval of a Sunrise application does not grant trademark ownership or remove the need to comply with applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, registry workflow, payment flow, or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will apply prospectively unless a change is required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer, data protection, or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
